Mounted within a 304 Stainless steel frame is the pp tank, which will have internal fittings as below;
PTFE 3 x 3 kW heater to side of tank at rear
Fume extraction slots and box included at rear of tank
Pump and filter unit at rear of tank
PP pipe-work for circulation and agitation with eductors for increased solution movement
Cathode and anode bars in stainless steel
Tank lid to reduce fumes
Wiring for heater, pump and dc power from control cabinet
250 amp or 400 amp rectifier within PC control cabinet as above
Wiring in included which will allow maximum 1.5 metres between the module and the control cabinet.
The cathode rod will have a variable stroke length of 50 mm to 150 mm with a variable stroke rate of 10 rpm to 25 rpm.
