Mounted within a 304 Stainless steel frame is the pp tank, which will have internal fittings as below;
PTFE 3 x 3 kW heater to side of tank at rear
Fume extraction slots and box included at rear of tank
Pump and filter unit at rear of tank
PP drum rotated by overhead motor – 406-mm diameter x 965-mm depth drum
Drum rotating motor bearings and dc brush contacts mounted on 304 stainless steel frame over the tank
PP pipe-work for circulation and agitation with eductors for increased solution movement
Cathode and anode bars in stainless steel
Tank lid to reduce fumes
Wiring for heater, pump and dc power from control cabinet
250 amp or 400-amp rectifier within PC control cabinet as above
A polypropylene drum to the above dimensions with stainless steel dc contacts arranged around the circumference for shim attachment / Contact points. This is held vertically in the plating solution from an overhead framework. The drum centre bar will lock into overhead drive gear. The overhead framework has a lifting mechanism to allow for drum removal /. Replacement in the tank. Various size drums can be utilised on this set up.
Drum rotation speed is controlled from the PC control cabinet system.
Wiring in included which will allow maximum 1.5 metres between the module and the control cabinet.
