Description

Many companies require the ability to use pre metallised embossing substrates as they have no access to reel to reel metallising or need a rapid processing time of material which using an outside source of metallising may lengthen the time taken to process the product.

Until now the commercial availability of wider web hard embossing systems has been fairly limited in the market place and we have been under constant pressure by demand to manufacture such a system. There are many existing and potential new users of this technology at narrow web widths (normally 150 mm and speed of up to 30 metres per minute if lucky) who have the need to produce at wider widths and higher speeds that we have decided to give in to client pressure and supplement our highly successful range of soft method hologram embossers to offer hard method hologram embossing systems too.

Many of our clients inquiries have requested that we would be able to supply such a system in addition to our soft embossing systems and with the skills and knowledge we have of the holographic embossing industry and its processes we have looked at a well used and proven method of hard embossing (into pre metallised materials) and brought it up to date & into this century using latest technologies in materials and electronics to suit the requirements of the high demand of holograms plus the high quality, accuracy and high speeds that are a necessity in applying or die cutting the embossed holographic substrate.
