• Automatic guiding at unwind station
• 2 zone tension control
• tension zones have independent closed loop tension control
• 2 motor drive system to give optimum tension control
• Electrically heated Die roll with closed loop tension control
• Die roll clamping system to fully secure the shim and apply the necessary tension
• Electrically heated backing rolls with closed loop tension control
• Backing roll surface coverings optional
• Independent side to side nip pressure control
• Standard pitch length - 63
• Cantilevered unwind & rewind for case of loading and unloading
• Touch screen control panel, comprising main machine controls, data and displays
