This is for the purpose of applying 'wet silver' conductive coating to exposed photo resist holographic plates and mechanically recombined substrates such as acrylic, polycarbonate etc.

The method for this is to first spray via a single nozzle spray gun a sensitising solution for the 'etching' required to insure good adherence of the silver nitrate solution.

The silver nitrate is applied via a twin nozzle spray gun on to the plate surface rinsed and immediately immersed into the electroforming bath.

The relevant chemicals are supplied in a kit form and the required quantity is made up and contained in a bottle connected to each spray head, which in itself is connected to an air source for the spray method.

This process should be carried out in a purpose built booth (SCSK) with suitable extraction. System comprises of:

• Single spray gun
• Twin nozzle spray gun
• Hose nipples and nuts
• Spray bottles
