Specifications:

• SK450RC recombination system. Operational area enclosed within a hinged Perspex lidded cabinet.

• Mechanical step and repeat recombining press. Stand alone system using finger touch computer controls for all parameter settings. 49 type memory capacity for reference of settings as carried out.

• Main unit contains x- y rails, die head and ram, anvil. The lower cabinet in the unit contains the electronics and hydraulic power pack.

• The control unit contains the finger touch control unit, stepper drives and high power electronic control unit for heating / cooling.

• 1 die holder head will be supplied with a combination of dies.

• A start up set of 24 thermoplastic plates will be supplied.
Ample insulator will be supplied for the dies and die holder.

Services.

• 3 phase + neutral and earth for 60 a unit. A source of clean constant air to the unit is required as is a source of air for plate cleaning prior to processing.

• Location is preferably in its own area / room in a dust free environment.

• Equipment sourced locally.

• All that will be required for future operation is thermoplastic plates and dies for a particular size recombine. The plates are easily sourced from any plastic sheet stockist.
