Rewind:

The rewind will provide tension after the embossing nip with feedback control from a transducer roll prior to the batch. A pneumatically activated lay-on roll will apply pressure to the outer edge of the batch as it is rewound to ensure a smooth batch build up.

The rewind will be capable of winding in both directions to ensure the batch is correctly wound dependent on which embossing nip has been used. Additionally the lay-on roll will be capable of being used in both the top and bottom of the batch to suit the rewind direction.
